This verification process may involve contacting you to confirm details such as billing information, shipping address, or payment method. Your cooperation in this process ensures a secure transaction for both parties. We reserve the right to cancel orders that look fraudulent or suspicious. 

Acceptance of Your Order

Please note that order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and completion of the transaction occur when we ship the products to you or fulfill your order for digital goods or services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, resellers, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity, and history of chargebacks.

Out of Stock Items

In rare cases where an item you've ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we'll do our best to   promptly notify you and provide options such as substituting with a similar item, placing the item on backorder, or canceling the item from your order. You'll have the opportunity to review and confirm any changes before we proceed.

Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed or shipped.
