How do I know which absorbency level to purchase?Updated a year ago
Long live the sheets! Our sheet-saving, tight-pants-braving absorbency tech and leakproof barrier gives you no pad, no problem confidence for any day of your flow.
Saalt Wear comes in three absorbency levels: Light, Regular, and Heavy. We encourage you to choose our heaviest absorbency if your flow is heavy or if you want to free bleed wearing Saalt Wear alone. If you have a lighter flow, or just want a backup to wear with your cup, disc, or tampon, our lighter absorbency options may be great for you. Remember that knowing your flow will help determine how long you can wear your Saalt Wear before changing. *A light tampon typically holds 2-3 mL and a regular tampon holds 5mL on average for reference.
