Yes! Your Saalt Disc may be worn during sex, including penetrative vaginal intercourse. Take your time and be gentle until you learn how the disc works with your anatomy. If you use lubricant, make sure that it is water-based, as oil-based products can degrade the silicone over time. Empty your menstrual disc before intercourse and clean it with Saalt Wash or a gentle cleanser afterward.
